If you’re a fan of Studio Ghibli, chances are you’ve been paying attention to the first movie from Studio Ponoc. Yoshiaki Nishimura founded the studio in 2015, and you may recognize his work from movies such as Howl’s Moving Castle and When Marnie Was There. Mary and the Witch’s Flower will debut in America on January 18th, 2018 as a Fathom event. and will be in select theaters following the debut. If this release is anything like most anime releases though, it won’t be in theaters for long, so make sure to see it while you can!
